comparison of sexual attitudes towards family consolidation

men and women are manufacturers the main families and healthy family the most suitable background perfection and excellence of both the individual and society. in this study, the factors affecting sexual attitudes towards family bonds among faculty and staff in payame noor university, hamedan province was. research has sociological approach and survey method. data, inventory and multi-stage random sampling and the sample size was 192 person. variables reliability using cronbach 83.8%, respectively and face validity was determined through arbitration professor of sociology and psychology. based on the findings of the employees, cultural factors most important in strengthening solidarity and family(r=0.588) and social factors in the second(r=449) and emotional factors in the third-order is. women social and emotional factors and men economic factors (income above) to know the family bonds. both genders had a special emphasis on respect, politeness and respect and mutual love. final results showed that men and women's attitudes toward social, emotional and economic factors, affecting of the consolidation family not the same. but their attitude to cultural, political, beliefs factors is the same.
